What are the clinic opening hours?

Our Broadbeach clinic is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (closed weekends). Appointments are by booking, so call or book online before you visit.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book a hearing test, microsuction ear wax removal or a hearing aid consultation directly. If you are a pensioner or veteran, we can check your Hearing Services Program eligibility when you book.

Can I get free or subsidised hearing aids here?

Yes, if you are eligible. Simply Hearing is an accredited contracted service provider under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program. Eligible pensioners and veterans can receive fully subsidised hearing devices funded by the Australian Government at our Broadbeach clinic.
