How do I book an appointment?

Call 0422 388 005, email info@simplyhearing.com.au, or send the booking form on this page. We will confirm your appointment shortly.

What are your opening hours?

All three clinics are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed on weekends.

Which clinic should I choose?

Choose Broadbeach for the central Gold Coast, Pimpama for Coomera, Ormeau and the northern Gold Coast, or Hope Island for Sanctuary Cove, Helensvale and Paradise Point.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book directly. If you are a pensioner or veteran, we can check your Hearing Services Program eligibility when you book.

Can I get help without visiting the clinic?

Yes. Minor hearing aid adjustments can often be done through our Telehealth service.
