No. You can book any of our services directly. If you are a pensioner or veteran, we can check your Hearing Services Program eligibility when you book.
At our three Gold Coast clinics in Broadbeach (Pacific Fair), Pimpama and Hope Island. All clinics are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed on weekends.
Yes. We adjust, reprogram and repair hearing aids purchased from other providers, so you can keep the devices you already own.
Eligible holders of a Pension card, DVA Gold card or DVA White card (hearing specific) can receive fully subsidised hearing aids through the Hearing Services Program. Simply Hearing is an accredited provider.
